Listed companies by market cap must file BRSR. Top 250 need BRSR Core with independent assurance from FY 2024–25.
BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting) is SEBI's mandatory ESG disclosure framework for the top 1,000 listed companies in India by market capitalisation. It replaced the BRR (Business Responsibility Report) from FY 2022–23.
BRSR Core requires mandatory independent assurance on nine performance indicators for the top 250 listed companies. This is a stricter subset requiring third-party assurance on key KPIs including GHG emissions, energy intensity, water, waste, and diversity ratios.
Indian listed companies face regulatory pressure from SEBI's BRSR specifically. GRI, SASB, and TCFD are voluntary in India. We chose depth over breadth — one framework, done exceptionally well.
Every client licence sold during FY 2025-26 funds 100 native trees planted on degraded land in India. Each tree is GPS-tagged, photographed, and documented in our public Record Room. We partner with verified plantation organisations.
Every impact action is documented before, during, and after — GPS coordinates, timestamped photographs, survival audits. All evidence is published in our permanent, public Record Room. If it's not there, it didn't happen.
